Shadows Inn co-owners to discuss nude recreation on TV
Desert
Shadows Inn Resort co-owners Sue and Ray Lovato will appear in two weeks
on the nationally syndicated TV program MEN ARE FROM MARS-WOMEN ARE FROM
VENUS to discuss nude recreation and how it helps in a healthy relationship.
Sue and Ray, high school sweethearts, have been married for 29 years.
They began enjoying nude sunbathing on their honeymoon in Upper Michigan
in the summer. They have traveled all around the world visiting nude beaches
and nude hotels.
It was in 1987 that they met Linda and Steve Payne in Saint Martin.
It was on an island trip to Saint Bart's that the four sat and wondered
why American naturists had to travel half way around the world for nude
recreation or why US clubs where still underdeveloped and rustic. Their
travels had shown them that the demographic for the modern American nudist
had changed.
Desert Shadows Inn Resort & Villas in Palm Springs is the continuing
fruition of that dream to provide an upscale, full service, resort vacation
experience for the discerning naturist.
In the second segment of the TV program, they are joined by Erich Schuttauf,
Executive Director of AANR., who discusses family nude recreation and the
role of AANR. The show is scheduled to air the week of March 12 or 19.
